Ha az Allmenüt elindítod és az utolsó sorban az jelenik meg hogy Igen, akkor Workgroup Managerrel használod.

How can I move the "central file storage folder" of an existing Allplan installation to a new server?

The procedure described below is not approved by Nemetschek. You use it at your own risk.

You are strongly advised to clarify all issues before you carry out these steps.

If you are not sure what to do, we recommend that you remove and reinstall Allplan or consult Nemetschek’s

Technical Support.

Always copy a file before you change it.

Answer:

A. General information

Copy the existing "central file storage folder" from the old server to the new server.

This folder is under a shared folder.

The folder structure and the share (including the share name) should be the same on the new server. This makes

things easier. However, this is not mandatory.

B. Allplan installation with Workgroup Manager

1. Changes on the server

Enter the new server name in the following files in the NET folder on the server (you can use an editor to open

and edit the files):

data.cfg

• 
  Use CAPITAL LETTERS to enter the server name: SERVER, for example. This also applies to the user.cfg and project.dat files!
• 
  Do not delete the blanks after the server name.
• 
  If the share name and/or folder name have changed, you need to enter the new names after the blanks.

user.cfg

• 
  Use CAPITAL LETTERS to enter the server name between the colons (without any blanks).

project.dat

• 
  Rename the "project.dat" file "project.alt".
• 
  Then go to step "2. Changes on the workstations". Do this for one workstation.
• 
  When you have finished, do the following: Services application -> Service -> Hotline Tools -> reorg -> Restore project management file -> OK

There is also a different approach :

You can replace the server name in the Project.dat file in the editor (using find and replace, for example).

• Please bear in mind that each 'field', that is, an entry between two @ characters, consists of a fixed number of characters that must not be changed! 
  In other words, if the new server name (CAPITAL LETTERS!) is shorter than the old name, you need to use blanks to replace the missing characters and vice versa (note: the field for the server name consists of 16 characters).

  You only need to edit this file when the domain name also changes.
• 
  Replace the old domain name with the new name in each line. Whether you use small letters or capital letters is irrelevant; capital letters, however, make things more apparent on screen.

2. Changes on the workstations

Use the registry editor to adjust a value on each workstation.

Enter the new server name and, if necessary, the new share name in the "NetDrive" value: for example,

\\SERVER\Nemdata

If the subfolders have changed, make the corresponding entries in the "NetPath" value: for example,

\Nemetschek\Allplan

NetDrive and NetPath result in the valid path of the "central file storage folder" on the new server, in our example:

\\SERVER\Nemdata\Nemetschek\Allplan

C. Allplan installation without Workgroup Manager

If Allplan is installed without the Workgroup Manager, use the procedure described in B. You can ignore step "1.

Ha az új szerver neve könyvtár megosztása ugyanaz, akkor egyszerű helyzetünk van, mert csak át kell másolni. De ennek kicsi a valószínűsége.

A felsorolt fájlokban, melyek a központi fájlmappa NET mappájában találhatók

• data.cfg
• user.cfg
• projekt.dat
• usralias.dat

ki kell cserélni a meglévő szerver nevét az új szerver nevére.

Vigyázz arra hogy ha a fájl pozicionált mint a képen is látod, akkor ezek a pozíciók ne csússzanak el. A képen az első két sorban már átírtam a SERVER-t NEW_SERVER-re, mely a központi fájlmappát tartalmazó régi és új szerver neve.

A munkaállomásokon a Beállításszerkesztőben - regedit - az Allplan verziók függvényében a felsorolt kulcsokat kell módosítani.

A 32 és 64 bites operációs rendszeren futó Allplanoknál különböző útvonalon találod a kulcsokat, mely a fenti szövegben részletezve van.
